This role serves as the CEO's primary support and professional extension. The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, emotionally intelligent, and forward-thinking, ensuring the CEO is prepared, represented with excellence, and operating several steps ahead in a fast-moving creative environment.

CREATIVE OPERATIONS MANAGER

Location: Raleigh–Durham, NC (On-Site + Event Sites Required)

Schedule: Full-Time, including occasional evenings and weekends

Compensation: $50,000-$60,000/annually

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Creative Operations Manager leads the planning, organization, and execution of De’Veilope’s event operations and production workflow. This role bridges design intent with operational reality by ensuring materials, systems, teams, and timelines are coordinated with excellence weeks in advance.


Forward-thinking is essential to success in this role. The company must operate with a multi-week horizon rather than a day-by-day approach. The ideal candidate is strategic and hands-on, able to interpret creative diagrams, foresee challenges, maintain order, and deliver a luxury-level standard of execution on site. This individual ensures the warehouse environment and all event installations reflect the brand’s commitment to hospitality and visual excellence.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Creative & Operational Alignment

  • Translate the Creative Director’s vision into structured project plans and timelines
  • Support design ideation and ensure all creative concepts are executed to De’Veilope’s standard of excellence

Project & Team Coordination

  • Serve as a central point of communication across internal teams, partners, and vendors
  • Coordinate meetings, updates, and deadlines while troubleshooting challenges in real-time

Systems & Workflow Development

  • Build and refine processes, documentation, and checklists to improve efficiency and creative flow
  • Identify operational gaps and implement solutions that strengthen production outcomes

Leadership & Execution

  • Lead calmly and confidently during high-volume periods
  • Maintain a polished, professional, hospitality-aligned presence on site
     

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in event production, project management, creative operations, or related fields
  • Strong aesthetic eye with an understanding of luxury design and high-end styling
    Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to pivot quickly and operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Problem-solver with high emotional intelligence
  • Willingness to support extended or irregular hours during event production periods
  • Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Raleigh–Durham area
     

WORK ENVIRONMENT & BENEFITS

This is an in-person role based in Raleigh–Durham. Evening, weekend, and extended hours may be required during production periods. De’Veilope does not currently offer employer-sponsored benefits. Compensation reflects the structure and scale of a growing creative firm.

EXECUTIVE PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Location: Raleigh–Durham, NC (On-Site Required)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, morning-focused hours;

Compensation: $15-$22/hour

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Executive Personal Assistant serves as the CEO’s primary support and professional extension.

This individual ensures the CEO is prepared, organized, and represented with polish in both virtual

and in-person environments. The role requires emotional intelligence, service orientation,

aesthetic awareness, and the ability to operate multiple steps ahead.


Forward-thinking is central to this role. The CEO should never be planning day-by-day. The

assistant ensures the organization is preparing weeks ahead by anticipating logistics, deadlines,

client needs, meeting preparation, personal requests, and brand-related priorities. The ideal

candidate is proactive, poised, articulate, and highly detailed, able to manage shifting priorities

while upholding a luxury-level standard of service.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Executive Support and Preparation

  • Manage the CEO’s daily operational flow and ensure strong preparation for all meetings,

            commitments, and deadlines.

  • Support in-person meetings by greeting clients and representing the brand with hospitality

            and confidence.

  • Prepare daily briefs, weekly planning outlines, and forward-looking schedules to ensure the

             CEO remains weeks ahead of key obligations.

Hospitality and Client Interaction

  • Create a seamless client experience by communicating with warmth, clarity, and

              professionalism.

  • Represent the brand aesthetically with a polished, refined presence that aligns with luxury

               hospitality standards.

  • Demonstrate emotional intelligence through active listening, anticipation of needs, and the

               ability to read client moods and environments.

Personal and Operational Assistance

  • Coordinate errands, pickups, deliveries, seasonal projects, and occasional transportation

              support.

  • Support scheduling, logistics, and coordination for photoshoots, events, client gifts, and

             special initiatives.

  • Filter, prioritize, and summarize email communication to ensure follow-through on

              commitments and future planning.

Forward-Thinking and Anticipatory Planning

  • Maintain a forward-looking calendar and guide workflow preparation two to three weeks

              ahead.

  • Identify upcoming needs early and initiate solutions without waiting for direction.
  • Ensure the CEO is consistently positioned for success in future meetings, deadlines, and

              event requirements.
